If you subscribe to Focusly Premium, your purchase is processed entirely through Google Play's billing system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Google Play to unlock premium features. Google's own Privacy Policy governs all billing data.

We do not share any of your data with third parties.
Focusly does not contain any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external communication is with Google Play for subscription verification.
Premium users can export their session history as CSV or JSON files. This export is entirely user-initiated and user-controlled. Exported files are shared via your device's standard share sheet, and we have no access to the exported data.
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any copies of your data on external servers.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). No data is transmitted over the internet (aside from Google Play billing verification), so there is no risk of interception during transmission.
Focusly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
